Here a lot of things come, actually. Because I’ve been neglecting my posts. Sorry for that. Its weird that I had more time for this when I had a job. Anyhoo, Summer Lull has hit, and hit hard. Only a handful of us online anymore. And those that are out there in the Alliance…Boo. Just…BOO.

Theres a slew of new dailies at the Molten Front. Its a great way of getting gold, and opens up lots of great items to get. I’d post more in detail, but my laptop is burning my lap.

Finally, our GM; Jumga/Constello has asked me to step up and take the reins as GM for he has not been very active and wanted DWW to have someone that is on more. Apparently, all fingers pointed to me. I dunno what to say. So…I guess we’ll see in the coming days.

So, you may or may not have heard. The upcoming patch 4.1 reveals new 5mans for Zul’Aman, and Zul’Gurub. Alarmed upon hearing ZG, I went and did research, and sure enough, my fears were confirmed. My eternal arch-enemy, Jin’do is back. This time, he has made ZG his and calling himself, Jin’do, the Godslayer. In the back of my mind, I knew somehow, it wouldn’t be the last I saw of him after we finished him off. But, in a way, I can look forward to kicking his butt again.

Worgs are looking good. We have a new bunch of people with us and we are starting to down the first couple of bosses of raids with all guildies. Go Team DWW!

With the ingame’s Guild News thing, I tend to forget/neglect this place. Also, for some reason, I just don’t have as much time for updates as I did when I had a job. Strange that. I guess that shows what I ‘really’ did at work back then. Haha. Anyhoo, lots of people being getting to 85. Lots of returning people and new faces. We are about ready for raiding, but conflicting schedules and all that, but we’re working on it. Another Lunar Fest has come and gone, and now is the Love is in the Air event. Hummel gives out free ilvl 346 necks! Whee!

Right now we’re at guild lvl 12, about to hit 13 probably tonight. Doing great DWW!

So, yeah. Cataclysm happened. Everyone’s doing a lot of stuff in game. This is a lazy post, but I felt I needed to post something at least. So have a video and lyrics:

Recently I happened upon this thread on the WoW forums to what seems to be something similar to a text based RPG. I was amused at first, but then found myself wholly engrossed upon the unfolding story. If you have time to kill and want a fun read and a good laugh, go check it out.

Apparently, the story was so epic, that there will be an NPC of the main character and his pet in the expansion.

Oh yeah, a couple of weeks ago, we had a chance to use an Icecrown save at Lich King. We took the opportunity and a handful of us and some PUGs made really good attempts and eventually downed Arthas.

Those of us there were; Tylandril, Cecht, Danadu, and Myself, along with Ftk, Valkry, Gouge, Seenex, Unhollyness, and Ælucard.
Everyone died, but we managed to get LK down to 10% in which to trigger the event which was a cutscene that you can also view in the middle of Dalaran. Fordring then rezzes everyone and then we all did an epic ‘take him down’ all out dps on a immobilized Lich King, killing him and getting our loot, which I think was some dagger and an axe which Tylandril won and we all got our Kingslayer titles.

In other news, I finally hit exalted with the Zandalar tribe from my weeks with tagging along with Danadu for farming ZG mounts. Also with the Mag’har the other day and got some Talbuks to ride.
Akaya got the Tiger Mount from ZG. And Naarai and Raislyn finally got Loremaster. And we also took a number of us on a fun
run through BWL and got people some achievements and Shaka some ore he needed.

Been a pretty busy few weeks. Not to mention the world events are in full swing.

Hey all! The day is finally here! Yesterday, Patch 4.0.1. came out and its a big one. Many things have changed and everyone will find that their talent points have been refunded and the talent trees changed. Casters will find that anything that had Spell Power now has Spirit! Aiiiiee! Hunters use no ammo! Can switch between five pets! Dogs and Cats living together! Mass Hysteria!

Another thing of note is that badges and emblems have been converted into something called Justice Points. You’ll get a paltry sum of gold in the mail to reimburse you. (Which I think was a ripoff and should have bought heirlooms when I could.)

If you still have Achievements to be done, now is the time to do ‘em. I just finally finished my World Explorer Achievement and got the Explorer title. (Apparently I missed some of the Draenei and Nelf starting areas.)

Go test out some of the new features! Oh, and if you have a Death Knight, you are tanking in BLOOD spec now!
